The documentary talks about an Israeli troop specialized in the suppression of the Palestinian prisoners inside Israeli jails called Mitsada, which is named the castle located on a mountain overlooking the Dead Sea. The film tells the details of this troop and how it stormed prisons, and the reason for its establishment narrated by a number of liberated prisoners like Ahlam Tamimi, in addition to the Director of Center for the Study of prisoners Raafat Hamdouna, and director of Al Meezan Center for Human Rights Dr. Jabr Wishah, director of Palestinian Prisoners Society Qaddura Fares, and mothers of a number of prisoners.
