The documentary talks about the Libyan revolution, which broke out on the seventeenth of February 2011 against the rule of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi. The film tells the story of the revolution on behalf of a number of young people who were among the first who started the revolution and were arrested during the first days and subjected to torture. They then got armed and turned the revolution into armed revolt against the rule of Colonel. The film shows the time sequence of events of the revolution from the beginning of the protests to take up arms and defection of a number of pillars of the system and the formation of the National Council of Libya, up until the liberation of the city from the hand of Gaddafi and hit-and-run operations between the regime and the rebels.
